Engaged as project consultant and trainer for TMILL, an international logistics service provider, to enable internal teams to build and scale enterprise agents using Azure AI Foundry. The engagement combined architecture consulting, hands-on enablement sprints, and implementation coaching to operationalize AI adoption across multiple internal use-cases.
Designed an agent architecture blueprint covering tooling boundaries, grounding strategy, and escalation paths. Built "agent factory" components including reusable prompts, tool templates, and a logging/observability approach. Delivered a structured enablement program of workshops, hands-on labs, and implementation coaching to bring internal teams to self-sufficiency.
Implemented grounded responses with source-first behavior, safe execution patterns for agent actions and tools, and audit-friendly logging with a feedback loop for continuous improvement. The result: a standardized, repeatable approach to building enterprise agents across multiple internal use-cases — with faster delivery of agent prototypes and consistent safety practices.
